Las Vegas Chambers and Business Groups Unite for 6th Annual Las Vegas' Largest Mixer

The 6th annual Las Vegas’ Largest Mixer®, a collaboration of local chambers of commerce and business organizations, was held September 22, 2010 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Plaza Hotel and Casino in Downtown Las Vegas. With over 1600 people in attendance and over 125 exhibitor booths, this year's event was one of the biggest in years!
This “mega-networking” event provided the opportunity for businesses to foster new relationships, build business leads and gain a better knowledge of the vast amount ofbusiness networking groups based in the Las Vegas area. More than a dozen area chambers of commerce and business organizations, including industry leaders as well as networking groups, participated as sponsors.
“With the economy the way it is these days, your network is basically all you have to rely on,” said event supporter, Joel Jarvis of The LINK Las Vegas. “Las Vegas’ Largest Mixer® is the premier local networking mixer. It’s as good as networking gets in Las Vegas. Lots of serious business people, business groups, and community business leaders, all in one room for one reason: business.”
The Mixer was a unique event that allowed hundreds of different industries and thousands of individuals to experience the pinnacle of networking, all while spreading the word on their respective products and services. The event was open to all businesspeople and possessed the goals of growth, both individually and as an organization, and encouragement to become a member of the various business organizations represented.

Las Vegas' Largest Mixer® VI VIP Kick-Off Event a Huge Success!

Wednesday, September 1, 2010 marked the VIP Kick-Off Event for Las Vegas' Largest Mixer® VI. Each Largest Mixer® VIP Kick-Off Event is specifically designed to not only pass out information regarding the main event, but also to give our sponsors and exhibitors an exclusive networking opportunity of their own. This year, the Kick-Off was held at Charlie Palmer Steak at the Four Seasons Hotel.
To start, let me just say that the venue was nothing short of pure class. Everything from decor to staff was outstanding. Most importantly, the food at Charlie Palmer Steak was delicious. Fancy hors d'oeuvres and what I can only describe as little chocolate moose bites wrapped in a hard chocolate shell were absolutely phenomenal! In terms of attendance, who can complain about a room of over 150 networkers who were all serious about making connections, but even more serious about having a good time? The energy in the room was almost palpable.
We'd like to extend a very special thank you to our Kick-Off sponsors: Fair Solutions, Inc., Administaff, and the Charlie Palmer Group. Your help was invaluable in making the VIP Kick-Off Event possible. Also, individual recognition of Richard Femenella and Rick Becker of the Charlie Palmer Group is also in order. Your continued support is really what makes our Kick-Off events as successful as they are.
All-in-all, we couldn't be happier with how the Las Vegas' Largest Mixer® VI VIP Kick-Off Event turned out. With literally every Las Vegas chamber of commerce supporting our event though, we knew that this year was definitely going to be something special. Needless to say, after an event like that, our sponsors and exhibitors are eagerly and excitedly awaiting the main event on the 22nd.

Irvine Chamber of Commerce Hosts Network Orange County

Held on August 19, 2010, Network Orange County drew in hundreds of business professionals from all around Orange County for some fantastic referral and networking opportunities. The event was held at the Atrium Hotel, OC Airport in the poolside cabanas. In terms of venue, it's hard to argue with networking poolside on a warm and sunny day in Orange County. We had an awesome time walking around and meeting everyone in attendance, all while basking in the great weather.

As I'm sure you can see, this was a pretty idyllic summertime networking affair. We'd also like to thank Frances Tang of Professional Polynesian Entertainment for being so helpful.
