L.A.'s Largest Mixer® XII Unites Thousands of Local Business People for Networking Event of the Season

On Thursday, July 22, 2010, L.A.'s Largest Mixer® celebrated its twelfth year of networking success. Held at the Shrine Auditorium, the Ultimate Business Networking Event® boasted over 225 exhibitors and 2500 attendees. The huge numbers made for a whirlwind networking experience that never left a single moment of silence. Multiple bars and restaurants/caterers added great food and drinks for everyone to enjoy. To top it all off, a networking lounge put on by the SBA (U.S. Small Business Administration) provided everyone with a cool place to sit down, network, and just enjoy the event atmosphere.

If all that weren't already enough, every attendee was entered into a drawing to win one of the following prizes: a two night stay at the Avi Resort & Casino, a two night stay at any of the Primm Valley Resorts, a two night stay at the Plaza Hotel and Casino, and two round trip tickets on JetBlue Airways.

L.A.'s Largest Mixer XII Hosts VIP Kick-off Event at La Fonda on Wilshire

Last Wednesday over 200 sponsors and exhibitors got the very special privilege of attending the VIP Kick-off Event for L.A.'s Largest Mixer® XII. Hosted at the La Fonda on Wilshire, the night was filled with fabulous Mexican cuisine which included fresh guacamole and chips, artfully displayed spoonfuls of ahi tuna, and some of the best ceviche the Largest Mixer® staff has had to date. All of that, in combination with the lively atmosphere and what's known as the home for the best mariachi music in LA, and you have yourself quite the networking experience.

To add even more excitement to the evening, there was also a business card raffle giveaway opportunity. Prizes included a two night stay at the Primm Valley Resort including either two 90-minute massages or two rounds of golf, a two night stay at the Avi Resort & Casino, a one night stay at the Inn at Playa Del Rey, Gift Certificates from La Fonda on Wilshire, and eight Chivas USA vs. Columbus tickets courtesy of W690 Radio.

Culver City Chamber of Commerce Hosts Culver Expo 2010

Last Wednesday at Media Park/Ivy Substation, the Culver City Chamber of Commerce threw the Culver Expo 2010. Known as the biggest annual networking event in the "Heart of Screenland," the Culver Expo 2010 definitely lived up to its reputation. With hundreds of attendees and exhibitors, in addition to the festive outdoor environment, the expo was a fantastic opportunity for both business and pleasure.

The Culver City Chamber of Commerce has been a faithful supporter of L.A.'s Largest Mixer® for quite some time and we are happy to announce that they will be joining us at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Center on Thursday, July 22!
