Last night's Century City Chamber Mixer at the Westside Tavern was a classy evening, and a nice way to wind down from the April tax season. A nice intimate crowd joined me for delicious flatbreads, drawings, and a silent auction.
The chef came out to greet us and explain the Tavern's mission of providing quality dining at an affordable price. Later they had us play a networking game, where we drew two business cards from a bowl and spent the rest of the evening looking for the people we chose. We had already made the rounds so that we'd already met the two we choose. Nevertheless it was a wonderful idea to get others to mix around and meet new business friends.
Financial Advisor, Paul Chau of SEIA, was the featured business owner, below pictured with his lovely team.
